Ingredients:
– 1 apple
– Puff pastry dough
– 1-2 tbsp soy milk
– 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Method:
1. Remove the apple core and cut into even slices.
2. Slice the puff pastry dough into long strips.
3. Wrap the puff pastry strips all around the apple slices.
4. Lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush a little milk on each one of them and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
5. Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
