Lemon Honey Salmon

Ingredients for 2 servings:
240g salmon fillets, skinless
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Lemons sliced +1/4 juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Paprika

  1. To a small ramekin add: Garlic powder, small squeeze of lemon juice, honey, mustard, oil and paprika. Mix.
  2. In a baking tray lay the lemon slices so they cover the baking tray. Add the salmon fillet on top.
  3. Brush the sauce on the salmon so to cover it well, keep 1/3 of the sauce on a side for later.
  4. Bake at 200C (390F) for 12 mins
  5. Take the baking dish out and spread the remaining sauce on top of the salmon.
  6. Put the salmon under the oven grill for 3-5 mins.
