Ingredients for 2 servings:
240g salmon fillets, skinless
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Lemons sliced +1/4 juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Paprika
- To a small ramekin add: Garlic powder, small squeeze of lemon juice, honey, mustard, oil and paprika. Mix.
- In a baking tray lay the lemon slices so they cover the baking tray. Add the salmon fillet on top.
- Brush the sauce on the salmon so to cover it well, keep 1/3 of the sauce on a side for later.
- Bake at 200C (390F) for 12 mins
- Take the baking dish out and spread the remaining sauce on top of the salmon.
- Put the salmon under the oven grill for 3-5 mins.
