Note: The recipe was for cod, but works with any white fish. Defreeze before baking.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp miso paste (I use white)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp maple syrup / agavendicksaft
1 Tbsp olive oil / roasted sesame oil
2 cod fillets
rice to serve
steamed greens to serve
Firstly, mix together the miso paste + soy sauce + maple syrup + olive oil together in a bowl. Coat both sides of the cod fillets and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to marinade.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 205C or bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 200C. Serve on rice and steamed greens.
