300g brown sushi rice
4 long slim aubergines
2 tbsp white miso paste
2 tbsp runny honey
2 tbsp mirin
pinch of chilli
splash of soy sauce
4 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
8 Pizzas:
1kg flour
100ml water
25g salt
2g yeast
1 can Mutti pizza sauce

Activate the yeast in warm water, combine everything, and mix the dough. Put into fridge. Take out, cut into pieces, form the pizza, and put on a hot pan. Finish in the oven, on the top shelf.
